STORMWATER

Stormwater run-off from river towns is a cocktail of pollutants that are washed into the drains by rain. The run-off contains nutrients like fertilisers, soil, debris (leaves and twigs), litter, animal waste, grease, oil and chemicals. This cocktail flows into the Murray River.
